By pressing the “PLACE ORDER” button, you are not only confirming your order but also acknowledging that you have read, understood, and accepted our Terms & Conditions.
We will promptly process and dispatch your items, and you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number for your order. If, for any reason, your order isn’t accepted or processed by your financial institution, you’ll receive an email notification to keep you informed.
Order Processing and Shipping
We understand the importance of a swift delivery. Here’s how our order processing and shipping times work:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) on business days (Monday through Friday) will be processed and shipped the same day.
- For orders placed on Saturday before 12:00 PM (PST), we’ll ensure they are processed on the following Monday.
- Please note that our shipping time frames are applicable to business days only.
- If you place your order late on a Friday, rest assured that we’ll process it promptly on Monday morning.
Your security is our top priority. All information you provide is kept confidential. Cleto Reyes USA Inc. does not store your credit card information or details. To ensure smooth payment processing, please make sure that your credit or debit card details are consistent with the billing address your bank has on record.
Regrettably, we do not accept money orders or personal checks. Should you encounter any payment issues, our dedicated support team is here to assist you directly.
We give you the freedom to select your preferred service method and shipping company for your orders. Our shipments are categorized as “free on board (FOB)”.
This means that Cleto Reyes USA is not liable for any issues related to late shipments, lost packages, customs and brokerage fees, or any handling damage incurred during shipping.
Once a product has been shipped, the initial shipping fee becomes nonrefundable. Please note that a $13.00 USD fee will be applied (or deducted from your refund) for any order address changes or cancellations after the package has been shipped.
For your protection, our packages require a signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure they reach you securely.
Returns and Exchanges
We value your satisfaction. If you wish to return or exchange a product, you may do so within 60 days of purchase with the original receipt and packaging.
For online returns, please be aware that a 25% restocking fee applies unless the product is defective or damaged. Kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the original shipping cost is nonrefundable.
If you have purchased our products through a dealer or reseller, we kindly request that you contact them directly for returns and exchanges. They will assist you in accordance with their policies and procedures.
Please note that personalized or customized products, clothing, shoes, and personal items like hand wraps, groin protectors, and mouth guards cannot be returned.
Refunds for returns will be issued in the original payment method.
