This includes effects related to sensitive skin, existing conditions, or interaction with any medication (prescription or over-the-counter).

Warehouse Pickup Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and secure pickup process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Order & Identification Matching:
– The name on the order must match the name of the person picking up the items.
– The name on the government-issued ID presented by the person picking up must also match the order and the payment account.

2. Invoice & Proof of Receipt:
– An invoice will be printed for the order.
– The person picking up must sign the invoice upon receipt as proof of collection.

3. Additional Requirements:
– The pickup person must present a valid ID matching the order details.
– No exceptions will be made if the names do not align across all documents (order, ID, and payment account).
– A photocopy of the government-issued ID will be attached to the signed invoice for verification and security purposes.

4. Pickup Timeframe:
– Orders must be picked up within 1 week of the estimated availability date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your order and a full refund.

It is crucial to inspect your product thoroughly for damage before using it. And, check for any damage that could have occurred during shipment.

If you discover any damage, do not use the product at all.

Instead, immediately return it to Cleto Reyes USA for a replacement. Using a damaged product can be dangerous and will void your warranty.

  • FOB Shipping: All shipments are delivered Free on Board (FOB) from our premises. This means that ownership and responsibility for the goods transfer to the customer or dealer upon shipment.

  • Signature Confirmation: Packages require a signature confirmation upon delivery.

  • Final Sale: Customized or personalized products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Important Information about Shipping Insurance:

By choosing to add shipping insurance at checkout, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

  • Insurance Provider: Your shipment will be insured by UPS Capital. Only applies to shipments via UPS (only available in USA, including Puerto Rico).

  • Base Coverage: $2 USD. This insurance covers the value of your shipment up to a maximum of $300 USD.

  • For shipments exceeding $300 USD, an additional insurance cost will be automatically added to your order based on the total value. This ensures your shipment is covered up to a maximum of $1,500 USD. (If you need additional coverage, please contact us).

  • Cost Breakdown:

    The additional insurance cost is calculated at a rate of $0.85 cents per each $100 USD of value exceeding the initial $300 USD coverage. For example, if your order total is $400 USD, the additional insurance cost would be $0.85 USD.

    Breakdown:

    • $400 USD – $300 USD = $100 USD exceeding the initial coverage.

    • $2 USD (base coverage) + $0.85 USD (increment) = $2.85 USD

  • Limitations of Liability:

    • Cleto Reyes USA is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by the shipping carrier.
    • Our responsibility is limited to delivering your order to the chosen carrier in good condition.
    • All claims for loss, damage, or delay must be filed directly with UPS Capital.
    • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from shipping issues.

Opting Out of Shipping Insurance:

You have the option to decline shipping insurance. However, by doing so, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any loss, damage, or delay that may occur during the shipping process.

To decline shipping insurance, please ensure you check the “No Insurance. I accept the risks for the shipment” option at checkout. This confirms your understanding and acceptance of the risks associated with uninsured shipments.

  • Return the product: The product must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • Submit additional information: We require a copy of the original receipt, a picture of the alleged manufacturing defect, and the production number stamped on the product.

Warranty Timeline:

  • Replacement: Products can be replaced one day after purchase or one day after delivery notification.

  • Shipping and Handling: Customers are responsible for covering shipping and handling costs.

  • Warranty Duration: The warranty period is 60 days from the date of purchase.
