Free on Board (FOB) Policy
Our shipments are categorized as “free on board (FOB).” This means that once your order is in the hands of the shipping company, we are not responsible for late deliveries, lost packages, customs and brokerage fees, or any damage incurred during handling by the shipping service. We encourage you to select a reputable shipping option that aligns with your delivery expectations.
Canada Shipments
For our valued customers in Canada, please be aware that the delivery time is subject to the customs policy of your country. Any delays or issues related to customs are beyond the control of both the shipping company and Cleto Reyes USA. We appreciate your understanding in these matters.
Shipping Fees and Address Changes
The initial shipping fee is nonrefundable once your product has been shipped. Please make sure to review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase.
If you find it necessary to change the delivery address or cancel your order after the package has been shipped, a $13 USD fee will be charged.
