How to use loop hand wraps?
Don’t get confused anymore! This hand wraps are supposed to make your life easier at the moment of training, they are easier to put on because they have and extra fabric with a loop where you just put you thumbs. But let’s do it by steps!
- Hold your hand in an open position and spread all you fingers.
- Slip the loop over your thumb that way the wrap is easily going around your hand starting from the back.
- Don’t forget to wrap your wrist too; you need enough support there too.
- When you finish wrapping as usual between your fingers just finish with the hook and loop to secure that the wraps doesn’t get loose or starts to fall.
- You are ready to train!
