INCREASE YOUR PUNCHING POWER
The punching power is generated from the body, not only your arms or fists. Is very important to include all your body when you’re punching. Some simple tips are:
- Relax your arms, this will save you more energy during your fight or training, you will increase the speed and have more power.
- Rotate your torso, spin into your opponent and and make that punch come out of your shoulders.
- Punch from different angles, you can have more opportunities by punching from different angles and rotating.
- Exhale on every punch, you release tension in your muscles and you act faster.
